Shipping
We ship to Spain (mainland), France, Portugal and Germany. Every order ships with tracking.
Delivery times (business days)
- Spain (mainland): 5-8 days.
- France: 7-13 days.
- Portugal (mainland): 8-15 days.
- Germany: 7-10 days.
Shipping costs
- Spain: €4.99.
- France and Portugal: €5.49.
- Germany: €5.99.
- Free shipping on orders of €39.99 or more in all four countries.
The exact cost is always shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase. Prices include taxes: you won't have to pay anything else when the parcel arrives.
Areas we don't ship to yet
Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, as well as the Azores and Madeira. If you live there, write to us at contactlenblu@gmail.com and we'll let you know as soon as we can ship to you.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with the tracking number so you can check where it is at any time.
Delays and issues
Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak seasons, public holidays or for reasons beyond our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the stated time or arrives damaged, write to us at contactlenblu@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
Delivery address
Please check that the address (including postcode and house number) is correct before completing your purchase. If you notice a mistake, write to us as soon as possible and we'll try to correct it before the order ships.
