Returns within 15 days
At LenBlu® we want you to be happy with your glasses. If you are not, you have 15 calendar days from the day you receive your order to return it.
Conditions
- The glasses must be unused and in perfect condition.
- The order number or proof of purchase is required.
How to request a return
Email contactlenblu@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with the instructions and the shipping address. Returns without a prior request are not accepted.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product arrives defective, damaged or is not the one you ordered. In those cases we cover the costs.
Defective or damaged products
Please check your order when it arrives. If it comes with a defect or damage, write to us as soon as possible with a photo and we will arrange an exchange or a full refund.
Exchanges
If you want a different color, the quickest way is to return the item as described above and place a new order.
Refunds
We will email you once we have received and checked your return. If it is approved, the refund will be made to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 days.

This policy does not limit the rights granted to you by the consumer law in force.
