Welcome to LenBlu! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to LenBlu. We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you with a curated shopping experience. We use Shopify technology to offer these services.

These Terms describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services, and include information about warranties, disclaimers and limits of liability. Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights.

By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

You represent that you have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and you authorize use of the Services by minor dependants on devices that you own or manage.

To use the Services, you may be asked to provide information such as your email address, billing details, payment details and shipping details. You represent and warrant that all the information you provide in our store is correct, current and complete.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may not transfer, sell, assign or license your account to others.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS

We try to display our products as accurately as possible, but the colors or appearance of the product may differ from how they appear on your screen, depending on the type of device you use.

We do not guarantee that the appearance or quality of the products will meet your expectations or match their presentation online. Descriptions may be changed without prior notice, and we reserve the right to discontinue sales or limit quantities.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. LenBlu reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason. Your order will not be accepted until LenBlu confirms that it accepts it.

We must receive and process your payment before accepting the order. You must review your orders carefully before completing your purchase, as LenBlu may not be able to handle a cancellation request after an order has been accepted.

Returns are governed by the refund policy. You represent that the purchase is for personal or household use, and not for resale or commercial export.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged will be the one in force when you place the order, as shown in the confirmation email.

Published prices include VAT. Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase. Prices may differ from those in physical stores or in stores operated by third parties.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information. You represent that the credit card information you provide is true, that you are duly authorized to use it, and that you will accept the charges at the published prices, including shipping and handling fees and all applicable taxes.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We are not responsible for any delay in shipping and delivery. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We will not be responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs procedures or events beyond our control. Once the goods are handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.

Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, texts, samples, images, graphics, product reviews, videos and audio, and their design, are owned by LenBlu, its affiliate or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and foreign patents, copyright and other laws.

These Terms allow you to use the Services only for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use may violate intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by LenBlu.

The names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans of LenBlu are registered trademarks of LenBlu.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools as part of the Services, which we neither monitor nor have any control or input over. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available", without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any liability. Any use of those tools is entirely at your own risk, and you should familiarize yourself with the terms of the third-party provider.

We may also offer new features through the Services (including the launch of new tools and resources), which will also be subject to these Terms.

SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Services may contain hyperlinks to third-party sites. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of any third-party material or website.

We will not be liable for any harm or damage related to your access to any third-party website, or your purchase or use of any product, service, resource or content. Please review third-party policies carefully before you transact.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

LenBlu is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sale or purchase you make in our store is made directly with LenBlu. You acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales between you and LenBlu.

You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claim, damage and liability arising from or related to your purchase and transaction.

Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve our Services for you. We have no obligation, and will have none, (1) to keep your comment confidential; (2) to pay compensation for your comment; or (3) to respond to your comment.

We may monitor, edit or remove comments that are unlawful, offensive or otherwise unacceptable. Comments must not infringe third-party rights, contain defamatory, unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or include viruses. You may not use a false email address or pretend to be someone else.

Occasionally there may be information on or in the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions. LenBlu reserves the right to correct any error, inaccuracy or omission, and to cancel orders, without prior notice, even after an order has been placed.

(a) for any unlawful or malicious purpose; (b) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulation, rule or law, or local ordinance; (c) to infringe or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (d) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate or harm any of our employees or any other person; (e) to transmit false or misleading information; (f) to knowingly send, receive, upload, download, use or re-use any material that does not comply with these Terms; (g) to transmit or procure the sending of any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter", "spam" or any other similar solicitation; (h) to impersonate or attempt to impersonate any other person or entity; (i) to engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services, or that, as we determine, may harm LenBlu, Shopify or users of the Services, or expose them to any liability.

You may also not:

(a) upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code; (b) reproduce, duplicate, copy, extract, sell, resell or exploit any part of the Services; (c) collect or track the personal information of others; (d) spam, phish, pharm or pretext the Services; (e) use any robot, spider, scraping, data gathering and extraction tools, automatic devices or processes, artificial intelligence tools (such as agentic AI), or automated or manual means to access the Services; (f) interfere with, circumvent or bypass the security or authorization features, robot exclusion headers or other measures we use to restrict access to the Services.

We reserve the right to suspend, deactivate or cancel your account at any time for non-compliance.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE, REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE. SOME JURISDICTIONS LIMIT OR DO NOT ALLOW THE DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED OR OTHER WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE DISCLAIMER MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

SECTION 17 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO CASE SHALL LENBLU, OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS OR LICENSORS, OR THOSE OF SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATE, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND.

THIS INCLUDES LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS OR ANY SIMILAR DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless LenBlu, Shopify and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors and service providers from any loss, damage, liability or claim, including attorneys' fees, payable to any third party due to or arising out of (1) your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, (2) your violation of any law or of the rights of a third party, or (3) your access to and use of the Services.

We will notify you of indemnifiable claims and may control the defense. You must cooperate by providing relevant documentation.

SECTION 19 - SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable part shall be deemed severed from these Terms of Service.

You and LenBlu agree to the jurisdiction and personal competence of those courts.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting the update and changes on our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. We will notify you of material changes, and those changes will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of or access to the Services after the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
